My
counselling practice is dedicated to assisting
the individuals, couples, teens and families
who consult me when problems overtake
their lives and relationships. Clients bring
a wide range of presenting concerns, including:
- broken relationships
- family conflicts
- loss and bereavement
- depression and anxiety
- career and vocation
- traumas past and present
I
often meet with people at important transitions
in the seasons of their lives: preparing
for marriage, navigating parenting challenges,
facing the loss of work or a loved one, untangling
the web of family relationships. Common to
all situations is the hope and desire that
life can be better.

I provide client-centred consultation to
colleagues and organizations who feel the
therapeutic process has become "stuck"
and desire fresh eyes and ears to offer
new perspectives. I also consult with community
service groups, such as All
Aboard Youth Ventures, home of the River
Restaurant on Roncesvalles Avenue.
I have provided on-site support and trauma
consultation with organizations such as
The Salvation Army and Gurza International
following tragic workplace losses.
